Sir Walter Wagstaffe Bagot, 5th Baronet (3 August 1702 – 20 January 1768) was 5th Baronet in the Baronetcy of Blithfield in the Baronetage of England. He succeeded his father Sir Edward Bagot in 1712.
He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford and was granted a DCL in 1737.
He served as a Member of Parliament for Newcastle under Lyme 1724–1727, for Staffordshire 1727–1754 and for Oxford University 1762–1768.
The family seat was at Blithfield Hall, Staffordshire.
He married Barbara Legge, daughter of the Earl of Dartmouth in 1724. Their children included:
